INFORMATION BY VIRTUE OF THE SECTION 13 of the Decree-law no. 196/2003. The Co.Ge.Im GT srl acknowledges the importance to preserve the secrecy of its customers’ personal information, and for such reasons, has established precise rules for the storage and process of the personal data, according to the Decree-law no. 196/2003. The Co.Ge.Im GT srl commits to process the data on the principles of integrity, legitimacy and transparency. Decree-law no. 196/2003, Section 7 - Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights : 1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form. 2. A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part, a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys. The possible controversies which could arise related to the present Conditions or following the use of the Site will be on the exclusive authority of the Court of Naples. By using the present Site, the User recognizes the competence of the forementioned Court.
