Mortella Gardens
Mortella is a singular name, inspired by the tea trees growing there. This botanic garden was described as an authentic piece of heaven by the composer William Walton.
In 2004, it was elected the most beautiful garden of Italy. There you can admire trees and plants from all over the world, and some brooks allow the growth of aquatic plants, turning the rocks in a unique environment. In the heights, visitors can enjoy a beautiful panorama over the bay of San Francesco.
