Maronti Beach
The Maronti littoral is one of the largest beaches of the isle, with many creeks. You can visit the “Fumerole„, where the sand’s temperature rises high because of the release of steams, typical for the thermal waters. Another beauty of Nature can be found on the hill’s slopes : the spring of the dark cave is a proper outdoor thermal pool dug in the tuf, a famous magmatic stone of the isle. Not far from there, the Olmitello spring is the natural extent of the therapeutic springs of Nitrodi, where many treatments are possible.
